Sony Xperia with six cameras will arrive in 2020
Sony plans to surprise the mobile market in 2020 and will do so by conquering a demanding public: photo lovers
The Samsung News portal revealed on Twitter that Sony works on a device that has two selfie cameras and six more on the back panel of an Xperia. The rumor does not clarify more details about the smartphone or the design of the hexa-lens.
The new Xperia would be part of the 2020 series of equipment of the brand and is still on the development phase. Therefore, it is too early to know details about the release date. However, the innovation is expected to enter the market next year.
The image shared by the leaker corresponds to a conceptual design, so it is not something definitive. It is speculated that the function of the lenses will be composed of a main trigger, a wide-angle lens, a zoom and a ToF sensor.
It was advanced that this smartphone could compete with the Nokia Pure View, the only smartphone that so far tops the list with the largest number of lenses and five cameras.
If the news is confirmed by Sony it could accelerate the development of the terminal and even launch it before 2020. It would be necessary to wait for more information about it.
