Product director of Coinbase leaves the company

Mike Lempres, product manager of Coinbase, became one more executive to leave the company in recent months

Mike Lempres left the company to assume a new role in the venture capital company Andreeseen Horowitz.

This is not the first major loss experienced by Coinbase in recent weeks. In October, trading boss Hunter Merghart left the position after just six months in the industry.

Similarly, Adam White, the fifth employee in the history of the company and one of the most important executives in Coinbase, also defected in October, abandoning his position as vice president and general manager of Coinbase Institutional.

The consortium has made great efforts to fill the vacancies with new hires. A good example of this is Brian Brooks, a former Fannie Mae executive who now serves as legal head.

It was recently revealed that in an effort to continue attracting young talent, the company offers a coverage policy of up to $ 5,000 per year to encourage family growth, including ovum freezing treatments, one of the most innovative practices in the cryptocurrency industry.
