Pits Auto Parts arrives to innovate the style of sales in the automotive maintenance sector in Venezuela, with the opening of its first large store in an event that had a public that showed their appreciation for the attractions of this commercial proposal.
Located in the city of Valencia, on the Paseo Cuatricentenario, next to the Bio Mercado, Pits Auto Parts opened its doors with a catalog of at least 7,000 products focused on the 86 most popular types of vehicles in the Venezuelan automotive fleet.
The director of operations of Pits, Frank Neuk, explained the work they will carry out, commenting that “we are covering all lines and all kinds of brands from the United States, China, Malaysia, Mexico, among others. We are against the ‘there is not’ attitude, which is so discouraging for the client. Here you can get everything in spare parts for engines, running gear. From spark plugs, cables, belts, timing chains, injection pumps, to lubricants, lighting and stop counting.”
Neuk stated that “the best thing is that everything is in a very pleasant environment, with specialized and personalized attention, with a large parking lot, with a coffee break area, where you can come with the family. All this in a wide schedule from 8:00 in the morning to 8:00 at night. We are very excited because the country deserves this kind of attention.”
Likewise, it was known that the idea of Pits Auto Parts was born two years ago as a dream that its creators now see realized. Its founders understood the needs that exist in Venezuela in terms of the sale of auto parts.
Meanwhile, the commercial director, Manuel González, explained that they know that the country’s vehicle fleet has not been updated in several years, and for this reason – he considers – it requires attention and service.

Pits is the first store of a project that has a national expansion plan destined to have a presence in the main cities of the country.
For his part, the Director of Communications, Oswaldo Malpica, pointed out that the intention is to offer a complete service throughout Venezuela, adding that “with a wide range of possibilities to choose the product that people really want based on their vehicles and without having to go to multiple sites. At Pits we have everything. That is our sowing in Venezuela, we put aside the rhetoric of the situation and just act. Pits is not the solution to the country’s problems, but it is the solution to one of them. Since you can find the spare parts that were not available. And not only that; there will be options, a wide range of possibilities in a completely new environment for Venezuelan citizens.”
The inauguration was very stylish and with compliance with all health security protocols. It was attended by fellow journalist Eduardo Rodríguez Giolitti, animators Henrys Silva and Andreina Castro, and influencer Lucho Mosqueda. Their message was a single one: the need of confidence, faith and optimism in the recovery and growth of Venezuela.
Among the testimonies of the clients, the one of Ignacio Vargas, one of the first buyers who entered the store, was collected. He stated that “the store is quite complete. It’s hard to get such a space. I was eager to get in and it was worth the wait. I needed a battery of gasoline, and I got it; a coolant, and I got it. In addition, I saw a player and the horns at a good price and took advantage of buying them. All was excellent and beautiful.”
