Peru selects an online identification system
A regulatory body of the South American nation selects the Lleida.net online identity verification system
The Superintendency of the Securities Market of Peru has selected the Lleida.net eKYC Onboarding service to give reliability to the process of new registrations of stockbrokers in the South American country.
The platform, developed by the Spanish listed company, allows identification by videoconference in onboarding processes, as explained by the firm.
The 100% digital service allows you to use your mobile or computer camera to identify and verify people’s identity.
Technically, it requests identification documents from the user, verifies their integrity, and accompanies the user in the electronic signature process of a contract, generating the certificate that legalizes the validity of the entire process.
As the Superintendency of the Securities Market of Peru will use, the main clients of this system are financial, banking, insurance or regulatory entities that demand remote identification services.
