Perspective of the strongest cryptocurrencies for 2020
Considering the new year as one of the most promising for digital currencies, it is convenient to review its evolution during 2019
The DiarioBitcoin news portal reviewed in detail the ups and downs seen in the commercial evolution throughout 2019 of the main cryptocurrencies of the ecosystem, such as bitcoin (BTC), Ether (ETH), bitcoin Cash (BCH) and Litecoin (LTC).
Referring to the commercial evolution of bitcoin during the past year, the digital currency maintained a fairly low value until the beginning of April, and its price began to rise until, for the first time in the year, the barrier of USD $ 10,000. This figure managed to position its value at 100%, generating great results for those who invested during the first months of 2019.
On the other hand, the Ether currency, native of the Ethereum network, although its closing in 2019 was similar to the figures thrown at the beginning of that year, it maintained an interesting and attractive behavior for investors. However, the value of the ETH began to reduce and finally closed the year at USD $ 133 per unit, 5% below what was seen at the beginning of this year.
At the beginning of 2019 Bitcoin Cash prices remained close to USD $ 160 per unit, and like bitcoin its rate experienced a rebound in mid-April bringing the value of the currency to USD $ 300. Later from mid-May until the beginning of July, the cryptocurrency remained above USD $ 400 reaching USD $ 500 on June 26, considering this price one of the highest in the whole year.
Finally, Litecoin opened in January of last year at USD $ 31 and progressively increased its value. In April, it presented an important leap above USD $ 80 and finally in May to pass the USD $ 100 barrier. At the end of this year Litecoin earned about USD $ 42 per unit, exceeding its prices by almost 25% at the beginning of 2019.
