A survey conducted by BDO and Taquion highlighted that people still prefer to go to the banking agencies, despite how immersed the world is in the digital age.
67.9% of users choose to go to the branches more than take advantage of electronic channels, which makes 10.9% of respondents.
On the other hand, another of the most voted alternatives was the advice for credits, investments or understanding with 80.8%.
Among other aspects, people, with 49.3%, also showed preference for applying for a traditional credit in banking agencies.
