Montenegro Real State establishes payment with cryptocurrencies
In the coastal area of Budva there have been sales of luxury apartments in BTC
Montenegro, the European country by the Adriatic Sea and with a wide touristic offer, has just approved real estate payment in cryptocurrencies. Three luxury apartments were just sold for an amount of 420 BTC.
The area where they are located is Budva, a few minutes from the Adriatic coast. The two real estate companies that are attracting the most buyers are AMIA Nila and Emilfarba. The interest that cryptocurrencies arouse in young investors is a plus for these companies around the world.
A fundamental aspect that differentiates traditional transactions from those made in digital currencies is the speed in payment transfer and the registration before the notary. Two steps that run transparently and in record time.
Efficiency is favored by the ability of those interested in acquiring real estate, not only in Montenegro but in any other country, in cryptocurrencies and not in the official currency of the country, which in many cases represents a considerable loss of time.
Since 2017, the trend of buying and selling real estate in digital currencies has increased, since it offers the parties transparency, saving time and money in paperwork, tranquility and the support of the most advanced technologies.
