Microsoft adds support for bitcoin within Excel

The company created by Bill Gates, Microsoft, confirmed the incorporation of bitcoin cryptocurrency as a currency within its Excel program.

According to the latest information published through different digital media, this spreadsheet design program has already integrated bitcoin into its list of available currencies in its latest version.

It was also reported by several users through the social network Twitter, who posted some screenshots that showed the incorporation of bitcoin within the list.

Although the measure does not seem to be of greater relevance it gives cryptocurrency a certain legitimacy among Microsoft Excel users, given that it is one of the programs most used by workers.

Microsoft announced a few years ago that it accepted bitcoin payments for applications and downloadable programs through its online store.

However, at some point, some users realized that the company had eliminated this possibility, opening the way for debates and discussions about the nature of this measure.
