Madrid Retail Congress will be held in November

The fourth edition of Madrid Retail Congress will be held on November 27th and 28th in Madrid. It will review the trends in the retail sector and will have as its motto "The time of the New Retail"

Retail does not stop, especially in terms of digitization and the use of new tools to evolve. For this purpose, the next edition of the Madrid Retail Congress will take place on November 27th and 28th in Madrid and will be entitled “The Time of the New Retail“. It will be the ideal space to outline the future of retail.

Trade has the urgent need to adapt, regardless of its size, to be able to maintain its competitiveness in the face of the new expectations of the digital consumer. The transformation must cover all aspects of the company and must involve all its members.

The program of the congress is very extensive, although it will only last two days, include lectures and debates dedicated to omnichannel, new business models, coexistence of SMEs with online giants and countless other topics. The parallel program Madrid Retail Tech will bring together experts in Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, eCuponing, Loyalty and Visual Merchandising. Another event, The Visual Tour, will also be held once again by the Madrid Chamber of Commerce. It is a tour of the main businesses in Madrid, where experts in window dressing will reveal the main keys to success in the various establishments.

In just three editions, Madrid Retail Congress has established itself as the largest event for the retail sector in Spain. Companies of any format and sector, of equipment and technology or services for retail, commercial associations, universities and training schools or institutions, wait for it every year.

The organization expects to surpass last year’s attendance, when more than 900 attendees and almost 70 speakers offered during two days the key to the business model of the future.
