Latin American blockchain companies expect an income increase by 2019

A study conducted by Endeavor concluded that Latin American companies that incorporate blockchain technology could see an increase in their profits of US $ 404,000 by the end of this year

The Mexican research company Endeavor conducted a study according to which the revenues of Latin American companies that are involved in blockchain technology could experience an increase in their income between the end of 2018 and the beginning of 2019 of up to US $ 404,000.

In the research titled “Blockchain Insight: Blockchain The promise of a revolution?” Bitso, the US embassy and Kio Networks also participated. It also indicated that the aforementioned figure would represent more than twice what they earned in 2017.

The growth projection for 2019 is located at 1.2 million dollars on average. Of the sample of 66 Latin American companies included in the study, 26 are in Mexico, 1 in Venezuela, 10 in Brazil, 8 in Chile, 13 in Argentina, 2 in Peru, 1 in Puerto Rico, 1 in Ecuador and 3 in Colombia.

Among the areas of application of blockchain in these countries are financing, human resources, applications in real life. They stand out for their novelty, reduced staff and ability to face the challenges of the new economy.

This recognition confirms the projection that more than a third of these companies will be able to develop their own customized blockchain solutions and two thirds will focus on the Bitcoin and Ethereum blockchains.
