JD.com will debut new high-tech platform
One of the most important online commerce companies in China announced the launch of its new navigation system based on the blockchain
The Chinese electronic commerce page, JD.com, announced on Friday the launch of its new website developed from blockchain technology.
The use of this technology will allow the company to track the invoices of the insurance companies that are located in China.
The name of this innovative platform is JD Blockchain Open, and it has different ways of support, what ensures that customers can make smart contracts in the clouds of public or private companies.
The White Paper of the project stipulates that this technology will simplify “the tracking of goods, donations, certificates of authenticity, real estate assets, transactional adjustments, digital rights and improved productivity.”
A director of the company allied to JD.com, China Pacific Insurance Company, commented that the website became one of the pioneers of this field with the use of blockchain.
“JD is an innovator in this field and we are confident that its blockchain electronic billing system will create greater efficiency in our operations, blockchain technology is transforming the way companies do business, and we are pleased to have found a great partner in JD to guide us and help us along the way,” said Vice President and CFO Yanhong Pan.
