Japan creates artificial blood compatible with all blood types

Japanese researchers have created artificial blood compatible with all blood types, which could revolutionize transfusions in hospitals and help increase patients' chances of survival

A new medical breakthrough has been announced by a group of Japanese researchers who have created artificial blood compatible with all blood types.

“With this new technology, hospitals are expected to have a more reliable and longer-lasting source of blood, especially in remote areas or situations where fresh blood cannot be stored.”

The researchers also noted that this advance could “revolutionize transfusions and increase the chances of survival for those who need this type of treatment.”

This artificial blood can be stored at room temperature for more than a year, eliminating the need for refrigeration and facilitating its transport and use.
