The company joined Prime Trust to meet market demands in terms of custody of the assets
This week, the security marketing company Issuance Inc. created an alliance with Prime Trust to develop digital security solutions.
Issuance is dedicated to providing strategic advisory services for issuers of digital securities. Its job is to connect with potential investors, in addition to offering support to its customers.
As for Prime Trust, the company is dedicated to safeguarding assets in both cash and digital, and in its main client base are those who handle cryptocurrencies, tokens, stocks, bonds, real estate and interests owned by private companies.
The CEO of Issuance, Darren Marble, gave his first impressions regarding this digital security alliance. “The issue of trust and custody, how to securely store digital securities and other digital assets, has always been a weak point in the industry.
