Indra supported the creation of a digital bank in Argentina

The company Wilobank is already operating in the South American country offering financial products such as checking accounts and debit cards

Thanks to the support of the Indra company, the Wilobank team has been able to create the first native digital bank in Argentina.

The Spanish multinational has worked as a technological partner in the development of the banking platform. In its first stage, the entity will not have a physical branch since the operation is totally online.

From the customers first contact with the bank, they will have at their disposal the product package where they will find a checking account, a debit and credit card and a pre-conceived loan.

All the operability of the currently existing products, and those that will be added with the passage of time, will be available 24 hours a day thanks to the way of operating Indra.

“In a very short period of time, marked by a close collaboration with Indra, we obtained the approval of the Central Bank, we laid the foundations of the first digital bank in Argentina, we passed the final inspection and we started operating on June 30 of this year”, detailed the president of Wilobank Guillermo Francos.

The customer acquisition model will be completely online, so that anyone can register in the bank safely and in a few minutes through the mobile phone.
