India reaches sixth place in world economies

As indicated by the World Bank (WB) the Asian nation displaced France from this position in 2017

The World Bank (WB) published on Tuesday that India displaced France in 2017 from the sixth position in the list of largest economies in the world.

All this is due to the fact that the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) of the Asian country stood at 2.59 trillion dollars, surpassing the 2.58 trillion won by France.

This only confirms the economic improvements that India has been applying since 2017, after several quarters suffered an involution in this aspect.

The good moment that the manufacturing industry is going through and also the demand that consumers have had within the Asian region.

According to the annual forecasts of the International Monetary Fund (IMF), the emerging and developing economies of Asia will grow by 6.5% in 2018.
