Huawei will launch its new MATE 40 series this October 22

The Chinese company announced the event through the social network Twitter and promises a phone with "unprecedented features"

This October 22, Huawei will launch its new MATE 40 mobile series, with the slogan “Leap Further Ahead.” The Chinese company in the eye of the hurricane after the Trump Administration’s bans, promises a phone with “a power without precedents” and new design for the configuration of the main cameras.

The Chinese technology company honors the tradition of launches in the month of October with the promise of the new Huawei Mate 40 phones through a virtual event due to the coronavirus pandemic at 2:00 p.m., European Central Time.

Through its account on the social network Twitter, the company released the details of the event that keeps the brand’s followers waiting. Regarding smartphones, it was learned that they are possibly the last to incorporate Kirin processors, given that last August Richard Yu, CEO of Huawei Consumer Group, declared that Huawei would stop producing its brand of processors in September.

Regarding the processor, it will be a Kirin 9,000 with support for 5G manufactured by the company Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co (TSMC) and American technology. On the other hand, there will be innovations in “multiple cameras, circular rear configuration, screen improvements and optimizations to its performance and battery.”
