Both companies work together to develop a robot in order to complete what would be the first space mission of the European nation.

“With the agreement between ELDO and NASA for the mission to Greece to the moon, our country will enter the category of the few nations that have been on the moon with their own vehicle, our nation is improving and is at the forefront of the global investigation,” said the Minister of Digital Policy, Nikos Pappas.

It is contemplated that the mission’s robot investigate the lunar terrain to obtain information and samples exclusively to Greece.

All the information that is collected will be used by researchers and universities for the development of national study projects.
