Google Chrome 84 introduces a QR code generator with its popular dinosaur

The innovation is available for both desktop and mobile version

The latest available version of the Chrome browser introduces a function to create QR codes decorated with the dinosaur that Google shows when there is no connection.

Chrome 84 includes a function to share information through QR codes, which introduces a generator of these elements to which a link to the user’s choice page can be linked.

It requires activating some ‘flags’ to make it appear, as explained in Android Police (for example, typing chrome: // flags / # sharing-qr-code-generator in the search bar of the desktop version in Windows). It is available for both desktop and mobile versions.

This QR also has the particularity of being decorated with the dinosaur that stars in the Chrome minigame to liven up the lack of Internet connection. And once activated, it appears in the options menu of the search bar.
