Gmail launches “Manage Subscriptions” feature

With the new feature launched by Gmail, Manage Subscriptions, the platform aims to bring order to folders. Users will have a unified and easy-to-manage view of all their subscriptions, sorted by most frequent senders

The new Manage Subscriptions option, launched by Gmail, seeks to give email users an organized and easy-to-manage view of their active subscriptions.

The new option will display a view of subscription emails in order of most frequent senders.

It is known that Gmail “has already begun activating this feature on its web version and in its Android and iOS app in selected countries. However, it has not specified which countries are included in that list.”

When the user wants to access Manage Subscriptions, they simply select the Gmail menu on the left side. Once the menu is displayed, scroll down to the emails section until they find the new feature.

Once the user clicks on the icon, a new view appears with all active subscriptions, sorted by most frequent senders. Additionally, the number of emails from the last few weeks will be indicated below each one.

If desired, the user can click on each sender to view a list of their emails, in a unified view of their communication history. To unsubscribe from the new feature, simply click on the envelope-shaped icon with a minus symbol displayed to the right of each sender.
