G20 Summit will promote inclusion, justice and equality

The event will begin on November 30th in the city of Buenos Aires, where world leaders will discuss important global issues

Between November 30th and December 1st, the G20 Summit will be held in the city of Buenos Aires and will bring together the world’s top leaders.

The event will address vital issues such as the future of work, infrastructure for development, sustainable food, among others.

The G20 leaders agreed to “promote greater inclusion, justice and equality in our struggle to achieve economic growth and job creation.”

The event aims to generate a global conversation about how to achieve equitable and sustainable development which is  this year’s motto.

“International policy coordination is an arduous task and, nevertheless, we believe that a consensual approach to negotiations is essential to enhance international progress, an articulated network of working groups and periodic meetings forms the basis of consensus building. This consensus can only be reached if it is pursued with a sense of fairness, equality and true association, the official website said.

Likewise, the G20 wants to obtain results that are palpable for all its members in an equitable manner. “Sustainability is a core value that should serve as a unifying focus for achieving environmental, economic and social objectives.”

The next summit is scheduled to be held between June 28th and 29th 2019 in the city of Osaka, Japan.
