French authority regulated new cryptocurrency pages

The AMF published 21 web pages that were regulated for presenting "atypical investments" for the current market

Last Thursday, September 26th, the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF) published a new list of websites not authorized for trade.

This list includes several sites that offer “atypical investments” options, which are related to cryptocurrencies.

This list contains at least 21 recently detected pages, which are linked to those already published weeks ago by the same AMF.

For his part, the Minister of Economy of France, Bruno Le Maire, published a legal framework for the Initial Offers of Currencies (ICO), which is defined as a collective financing methodology.

“The AMF is an independent public authority responsible for ensuring that the savings invested in financial products are protected, that investors receive the right information and supervise the orderly functioning of the markets,” the minister said at the time.
