FactSet demands affiliated company to Blockchain Terminal

According to one of the most important data providers in the world, CG Blockchain defaulted on the agreed minimum fee of 3.8 million dollars

The company FactSet, which is dedicated to financial research within the United States, filed a lawsuit against a company that is affiliated with the commercial service Blockchain Terminal (BCT).

The lawsuit initiated by one of the largest data providers in the world is due to a breach of contract, because the association with CG Blokchain did not pay the minimum agreed rate of 3.8 million dollars.

The plaintiff also requests that 2.8 million dollars be paid additionally for damages, plus interest and professional fees of lawyers.

The investigation is also related to an investigation being carried out by The Block, according to the report. It was allegedly involved in irregular activities while working with more than $ 800 million in hedge funds.

This is not the first time that a company takes legal action against CG Blockchain. Clarity LLC sued the company for $ 150,000. Apparently, the company did not respond to the lawsuit. In addition, Corram Holdings LLC also filed a lawsuit against the firm.
