Facebook acquires Servicefriend to integrate it into Calibra project

It is the new consistent messaging experience based on artificial intelligence available to customers of the digital wallet

The American company that offers social media and social media services made the decision to buy the chatbot company Servicefriend that will also be at the service of users affiliated with the Calibra technology platform.

As published in an Israeli commercial press article The Marker, Facebook informed that through this tool a communication platform can be built where people can communicate with the business world.

This innovative service will have artificial intelligence so through messaging bots users can imitate the understanding, intelligence and empathy of a human being, so that customers do not realize that they are interacting with a bot.

According to the website, they are “delighted to share that Servicefriend is now moving to the next chapter of our exciting journey. In the last four years, we have been able to highlight and build a great platform for brands to provide excellent scale experiences about WhatsApp and Messenger. Our mission to transform the way companies interact with people and let people communicate with companies as they do with their friends has always been our reason for being.”

However, it is known that this platform will not be available in its largest markets, due to the fact that demand will depend on the number of Calibra customers, which indicates where the digital wallet is not accessible. “The pound blockchain will be global, but it will be up to the custody wallet providers to determine where they will operate and where they will not. Calibra will not be available in US sanctioned countries, US or in countries that ban cryptocurrencies.”
