There will be changes so that the sessions are more private and personal, as indicated by Google, since they have given a new direction to the topic due to complaints from advertisers.

The argument is that if they are eliminated, it would be “more difficult to reach the client with the thoroughness they enjoyed until now.”

For now, the cookies will remain, but there will be new features “so that users can make their own decisions when it comes to managing third-party cookies, which means that a new configuration menu will be released that will allow them to improve the user experience. a more appropriate cookie profile for each user.”

Google will offer the option to deactivate them totally or partially according to personal preferences from a new configuration menu, thereby adjusting to the authorities’ demands regarding transparency.

The decision has been agreed with the regulators, “who are aware of the changes that Google is introducing in Chrome to improve privacy regarding the use of third-party cookies.”
