Meta announced new features for businesses, including a new version of its free, cloud-based WhatsApp Business platform, coming soon globally.

The CEO of the technology company, Mark Zuckerberg, unveiled this new modality within the framework of Conversations, the first Meta event focused on messaging. In this conference, the director pointed out that with this new messaging platform service, Meta seeks to offer free and secure hosting services in the cloud for all companies.
