<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-US">Similarly, <strong>Fred Ángelo Bruno</strong> was assigned to the <strong>Human Resources Office Management of the National Institute of Culture (INAC)</strong>, and a new board of directors was appointed for <strong>Hidroven. </strong>Meanwhile, the “new Commission for the Divestment of Public Assets of CANTV” was appointed, and <strong>Major General Ángel Daniel Balestrini Jaramillo was designated as Director General of the Office of the Ministry of Popular Power for Defense, to sign documents related to their functions.</strong></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-US">Within the <strong>Ministry of Foreign Trade</strong>, key changes were also implemented to strengthen the national economy. In this regard, through <strong>“Presidential Decree No. 5,245, published in Extraordinary Official Gazette No. 6,984 dated February 9, 2026,” Andreína Tarazón Bolívar</strong> assumed the position of <strong>Vice Minister of International Trade Policy.</strong></span></p>
