Spotify advances the use of artificial intelligence and improves its personal DJ Livi based on algorithms that select music playback based on user preferences.

The AI ​​DJ feature used advanced “machine learning and natural language processing” models.

Among its functions is suggesting songs and serving as a guide to the listener in the streaming experience, thanks to the fact that it can “learn and adapt to your tastes in real time. Thus, as users interact with the platform, Livi analyzes their preferences and listening behaviors, adjusting its recommendations to offer an increasingly personalized experience.”

Spotify has improved its product launched in 2023 to adapt to the Latin American and Spanish markets, “so it is able to suggest music that reflects the rich and diverse musical culture” of these regions.

But the news does not only apply to listeners, as Spotify also connects artists and record labels who see in Livi “an opportunity to reach new listeners and increase their visibility on the platform.”

The Finnish technology company Nokia changed its logo after 60 years in the market, as part of a new business strategy focused on user preferences and new technologies.

This important step of the brand was deployed on social networks, which was announced at the opening of the Mobile World Congress 2023 this Monday, in Barcelona, Spain.

The old Nokia icon had penetrated the public with its well-known logo in blue. Now, the logo is shown with more stylized and simple lines, in five different colors.

According to Nokia CEO Pekka Lundmark: “The strategy is based on three stages: reset, accelerate and scale.” The reset stage culminates with the presentation of the new logo, to give way to the second stage.

The brand has its sights set on new technologies, the metaverse, the interaction between the physical and the virtual, user preferences, 5G, gamers, among others.
