As a result of the reception of the first 100 tankers that arrived in the country as a result of the alliance between the government of Venezuela and the People’s Republic of China to strengthen fuel distribution plans, this Thursday through Petróleos de Venezuela, S.A. (PDVSA), assigned five tankers each loaded with 38 thousand liters of fuel destined for the state of Sucre.

The governor of the entity, Gilberto Pinto, was in charge of receiving said assignment, along with members of his regional team, community representatives, and authorities of the state oil company, among them the vice president of Commerce and National Supply, Juan Carlos Díaz; the director of the Internal Market of the MinPetróleo, Ray Delmoral and the general manager of the National Transportation Company (ENT), Maridelf Díaz.

The officials made it clear that on behalf of Minister Pedro Rafael Tellechea and following the guidelines of President Nicolás Maduro, they confirmed that the state of Sucre received these transport units, which are extremely useful for the transportation of fuel.

Strengthening fuel distribution plans

“Minister Tellechea, on behalf of President Nicolás Maduro, has entrusted us with ensuring that the states receive the distribution of these first 100 tankers and that they also arrive loaded with fuel since our processes are continuous, because the objective is to increasingly reinforce logistics in the office for the tranquility of all sectors, reported Juan Carlos Díaz.

The endowment comes to “strengthen the agro-industrial sector, public transportation and all economic sectors of the state, as well as more than 90 thousand vehicles that circulate in Sucre, more than 10 thousand fishermen and the entire fishing and industrial fleet,” Pinto reported.
