The union member highlighted the “return of the country to the financial market, to the means of payment” and indicated that the same will happen in the case of the stock market”, anticipating that local securities will be listed again in Europe and the United States, and they will return to Wall Street.

According to Grasso Vecchio, the projection responds to Venezuela’s re-entry into the global financial circuit, “supported by the resumption of relations with multilateral organizations such as the World Bank, the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the CAF-Development Bank of Latin America and the Caribbean.”

The president of the Caracas Stock Exchange referred to the operational structure of the local market, indicating that it maintains its bases on a technological trading platform, supported by the intermediation of 36 authorized brokerage houses in the country.
