The Mexican government maintains positive expectations regarding the possibility of being part of the top 10 world economies, according to the Secretary of Economy, Raquel Buenrostro.

The official indicated that the objective of her portfolio is to work on everything necessary to keep Mexico attractive for investments.

It is important to remember that in 2023, according to data from the International Monetary Fund, Mexico was positioned as the twelfth largest economy in the world.

Buenrostro pointed out that the country is going through a good time, and soon the nation could enter the top 10 of the world’s leading nations.

The Secretary of Economy stressed that since she took office, 521 investment announcements have been received, which translate into 297,000 potential jobs in the next two or three years.
