Binance clients in Colombia now have a new payment tool, thanks to the exchange’s alliance with Movii. It is the crypto prepaid card available in the country.

Binance’s association with the Colombian neobank Movii seeks to strengthen the adoption of cryptocurrencies in the country and facilitate customer transactions in businesses that accept normal debit and credit cards.

Users will have the opportunity to cancel products and services with bitcoin, ether, binance coin, shiba inu, cardano, link, among others, as well as some stablecoins.

The procedure is the same as that used in other countries. At the time of making the payment, the cryptocurrency is converted to fiat money, which is sent to the merchant’s account.

With the launch of this new payment tool, after the alliance of Binance and Movii, Colombia is positioned as the third crypto market in Latin America, below Brazil and Argentina.
