Monday, November 18 is a bank holiday according to the calendar of the Superintendency of Banking Sector Institutions (Sudeban), for the day of the Virgin of the Rosary of Chiquinquirá.

Bank branches in Venezuela will remain closed. However, customers will be able to use ATMs and the electronic system to carry out their transactions, such as transfers, payments, recharging services through the Internet.

Telephone customer service is also another option available to national banking users to make balance inquiries and request assistance from qualified personnel, among others.

Sudeban encourages users of the national banking system to use online platforms from the office or the comfort of their home.
