Nintendo released the Pikmin Finder mobile video game during the recent Seattle Nintendo Live event. It is based on augmented reality and is free.

The game includes the colorful characters from the Pikmin 4 saga, and the dynamic consists of sliding your finger across the mobile screen, “unearthing the Pikmin that are around and, once all the same color are found, send them to search for treasures or take photos of them that can be saved later in the gallery,” according to Nextn.Net.

Treasure hunting is one of the entertainments that most captures the attention of gamers and the public. Pikmin Finder is inserted into this segment to offer Nintendo fans a fun option.

It is important to note that this game is exclusively for cell phones, since it requires a camera to work. Searching for Pikmin in the surroundings is reminiscent of the game Pokemon Go.
