This agreement signed by the executive director of El Sistema, Eduardo Méndez, and the president of the Board of Directors of Bancamiga, José Simón Elarba, is the formalization of a relationship that has been brewing for some time. Through it, cooperation activities will be promoted in the field of cultural and educational action.

For Méndez, this alliance is a favorable way to add support to the organization, which is already celebrating its 50th anniversary, with its sights set on the coming decades. The commitment is to provide a future for youth based on the musical excellence that El Sistema promotes and that has been emulated in more than 70 countries.

For his part, the President of the Board of Directors of Bancamiga highlighted the importance of El Sistema, considering that it is one of the few national institutions that enjoys total acceptance throughout the country.

Elarba considered that this cooperation agreement between both institutions reaffirms the plans that they have been working hard on for a long time, and that will lead them to realize large-scale social and artistic events in 2025, especially framed in the anniversary celebration of El Sistema.

For Bancamiga, working together with the musical institution is essential to reaffirm its social commitment to the country, by supporting its purpose of transforming society by reorienting education and helping children and young people to acquire knowledge, skills, talent, values ​​and behaviors necessary for their development.
