Parilli pointed out that in Venezuela, 19 % of the population is over 55 years old. This segment represents more than five million people who require products and services tailored to their needs. According to the expert, 55 % of older adults feel that companies do not offer products or services specifically for them, and 61 % identify that the areas of health and well-being have the greatest gap in offerings for this segment of the population.
