The Vice President of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, reported that 100 Christmas fairs have been set up throughout the country to offer products that include food, textiles, paints and gifts, with up to 30 % discount.

The fairs have been organized through a joint effort between the private sector, the State, organized popular power and entrepreneurs.

Among the supplies that consumers can now purchase are clothing and footwear as well as other textiles, gifts, paint and the ingredients for traditional hallacas, such as beef, chicken and pork, banana leaves, raisins, olives, among others.

The fairs allow citizens to save on the purchase of different items for the Christmas season in a festive atmosphere. Rodríguez emphasized that a high percentage of these products are of national production, which shows the country’s progress in economic matters.
