The technology company Samsung announced on Monday the launch of its new app for fast photo editing based on Artificial Intelligence technology, called Galaxy Enhance-X.

According to Samsung in the Galaxy Store, the new application “can eliminate blur and unwanted reflections and, at the same time, improve sharpness and resolution, as well as dynamic range or brighten photos.”

Likewise, it was learned that after retouching the images through this new tool, they will be stored in JPEG format, once the user has given the system the authorization to do so.

Among the facilities included in Galaxy ENhance-X is Magic, a tool to optimize the appearance of images with a single touch. If the user wants to lighten the photos, they can use Brighten, which allows adjustments to pictures taken in low-light environments. They also have Fix Blur, which “can correct blurry images and the moiré effect.”

The Samsung app can be downloaded through the APK and the Galaxy Store to be installed on mid-range A-series and low-cost M-series and F-series smartphones. Another important aspect is that Galaxy Enhance-X: AI Photo Upscaler & Magic Editor is compatible with Android 10 and higher versions, “so it can be run on Samsung Galaxy S9 Series, Note 9 Series, Galaxy S10 Series, Note 10 Series devices. , S20 Series, Note 20, S21 Series, the Galaxy S22 series and Fold 3”, indicates the company.
