Two weeks ago, Musk threatened not to complete the purchase of Twitter precisely because of this issue, since he has not received the information he required from the company.

On the other hand, the businessman hopes to obtain an answer on whether “the portion of the debt round will be met and whether the shareholders will vote in favor.”

Musk also said that this operation will not have any impact in China, since the network does not operate there, so it should not interfere with the freedom of expression in the United States.
