The artist made the announcement on his Instagram account: “It’s official! My new album, ‘Based On a True Story,’ is out March 28th. Two weeks! I’ve been working on this project for a while now, and I can’t wait to share it with you.”

The album follows “Lost and Found,” which was released in 2005. According to the specialized media Deadline, “it could be the first in a trilogy, given its subtitle is Season 1: R.T.I.W.”
