However, the experienced manager notes that to achieve the successful execution of new procedures, including strategies, “you must have employees and collaborators, in addition to being talented, sufficiently motivated and committed to establishing new goals, standards and policies, and the necessary resources must be possessed so that such formulated directions are traveled in an enthusiastic and effective manner”.
