Bancamiga issued a statement on Tuesday, December 14, through which it emphatically denies information that has circulated on social networks about alleged merger plans with other financial entities.

Bancamiga Banco Universal indicated, through the official publication, that they currently enjoy good stability and maintain positive plans for the year 2022.

“Our results allow us to be optimistic and the goal is to continue growing. In the first quarter of 2022, Bancamiga will reach other areas of the country with the inauguration of new agencies because we believe in Venezuela and its immense potential,” they have indicated.

It is important to highlight that Bancamiga has managed to develop and put innovative products at the service of its customers, through a strategic plan that will continue to strengthen next year.

Its progress in the Venezuelan banking market is remarkable. In fact, it currently ranks third among the banks with the highest volume of foreign currency deposits for a market share of 15.1 %.
