A wide group of banks and financial institutions in the United States are in search of experts in the area of ​​cryptocurrencies.

A report by Bloomberg highlights that in a period of three years, the different institutions have offered more than 1,000 jobs with significant bonuses to attract knowledgeable people.

The company added that many high-level positions in the cryptocurrency sector benefit from a salary increase of up to 50 % over comparable positions.

The manager of the human resources consultancy Johnson Associates, Alan Johnson, assured that “banks cannot run the risk that their clients go to another bank to carry out these services.”

Research firm Revelio Labs analyzed 287 cryptocurrency-related hires from Goldman Sachs, Wells Fargo, Fidelity and JPMorgan Chase, the four largest employers of digital asset talent on professional social network LinkedIn. Revelio concluded that cryptocurrency specialists enjoy a 9 % pay increase over their co-workers in the banking sector, on average.
