Microsoft has announced that the Lists application is now available for commercial and personal use, which can be downloaded on iOS and Android devices and for which it is only necessary to have a Microsoft account.

Lists is a Microsoft 365 app that helps users keep track of the information they handle daily, as well as organize their work. In this way, with it, you can create lists of donations, requests, recipes or gifts, among other actions.

Microsoft Lists arrived in 2020 and was initially intended for business use, that is, intended for users with Microsoft 365 professional accounts. However, the company has now announced that it is now also available for school accounts and managed service accounts (MSA). , for its acronym in English).

The latter are the ones used to log in to Outlook.com or Xbox Live, as the company has commented in an entry on its blog, where it has reported that Lists is available in preview for iOS and Android, with an account MSA, free to create.

Users have a variety of templates for creating their lists, which makes the application faster and more efficient.

The number of options is quite wide, so it adapts to the needs and preferences of each client, without the need to configure new models.

Another feature of Lists is that lists can be shared via a link specifically for this purpose. Lists in CSV format can be exported.
