Coinbase, a US-based international exchange, announced new features for its Coinbase Wallet, including a transaction preview system that will be especially useful for users who transfer NFTs.

With this new functionality, users will be able to see a visual representation of the action that will take place before signing a transaction, allowing them to check if the operation involves accepting malicious permissions that could be used for potential attacks.

Additionally, the wallet will also include token approval alerts to let users know when a decentralized application (dapp) is requesting access to their assets.

Users will also be able to see how their balances and assets are expected to look before authorizing a trade.

These new features will be available only for operations on the Ethereum and Polygon networks, and are implemented in an attempt to close the path to scams, especially those that are common in NFT trading and seek to obtain assets tied to a wallet.
