According to the authorities of the ministry, the closing time will be from 9:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. In this sense, they indicated that to ensure the mobility of citizens between La Guaira and Caracas, the backflow channel will be enabled.

The Ministry of Transport urged Venezuelans to take their forecasts before the start of these recovery works on the Caracas-La Guaira Highway.
