Venezuela’s Vice Minister of International Trade, Marynna Saatdjian, met this week with the Brazilian Ambassador Gilvania Maria de Oliveira, the Chargé d’Affaires of the European Union Pierre-Henri Helleputte, and the commercial attachés of the United States Embassy. The working groups will focus on “showcasing the country’s export offerings in the global market and attracting new investments to strengthen the national economy.”

During the meeting, Saatdjian also established partnerships with the International Center for Productive Investment (CIIP), the Foreign Trade Bank (Bancoex), FundaBancoex, and the Ministry of Popular Power for Fisheries and Aquaculture to promote productive projects and coordinate financing and training programs.

The Vice Minister also oversaw the automation of the “Single Window for Foreign Trade (VUCE), a platform that centralizes, manages, and simplifies all the procedures, permits, and documents required by Venezuelan state institutions for import and export operations.”
