In a context where Bitcoin, the leading cryptocurrency, has maintained an upward trend for several weeks, ChatGPT’s predictions for the coming months point to a drop even below $100,000.

Currently, the digital asset is trading above $118,000. However, “a recent query with Artificial Intelligence raised alarm bells, predicting that the leading cryptocurrency could experience a sharp decline” towards the end of August or early September 2025, “should it break the critical support level located near $116,000.”

When asked about Bitcoin’s price, ChatGPT pointed to two key factors that would influence a decline: “a slowdown in inflows into ETFs and overall market instability.” With this, this AI model warns of a possible BTC price drop of between 30% and 40%.

The AI model also highlighted another factor: BTC’s increased correlation with the S&P 500 index, adding that regulations or security breaches could lead to greater losses as adverse factors.
