The fine that Musk has had to pay stems from the litigation for the social network’s failure to comply with the order issued by Judge Alexandre de Moraes to block accounts in the country that, according to the authority, promoted disinformation and spread hate messages.

However, the Bar Association challenged the decision of the Supreme Court. The Brazilian Attorney General’s Office argued on September 12 that the ban on social network X in Brazil does not violate the right to freedom of expression.

The PGR also declared that the lawsuits against the ban on X in Brazil lack legal grounds, so the suspension remains in place in the country.

According to specialists, this malware can bypass security restrictions and violate access to give criminals remote access to all “assets available through mobile banking.”

It is a real threat, since once the user authorizes the fake Chrome update, the Trojan is downloaded and, through the executable file, enters the device to steal information.

This new family of mobile malware discovered by ThreatFabric constitutes a “major threat to the banking industry.”

The Brokewell Trojan overlay technique “is common for this type of malicious software, in which it overlays a fake screen on a specific application to capture user credentials. Likewise, it has the ability to steal session cookies and send them to a command and control server (C2).”

Researchers from the cybersecurity firm have pointed out that the Trojan has an accessibility log, which captures everything that happens inside the device, such as keystrokes on the screen, what open applications show, call history, geolocation, audio.

This was reported by Swift’s Director of Products, Stephen Gilderdale, who stressed that “it has transformed the way in which SMEs and consumers make international payments through the banking system.”

Last July, the Swift Go service was launched on the financial market. That it has seven banks that operate worldwide, among which BBVA stands out, as one of the pioneering financial institutions with the service. PagoFX of the Santander group is also part of the system, and recently joined “Deutsche Bank, JP Morgan Chase and China Minsheng Bank, which represent 41 million low-value cross-border payments”.

Deutsche Bank Global Head of Product, Marc Recker, was pleased to have the Swift Go service, arguing: “We are very pleased to launch Swift Go and offer our customers a personalized service that will radically improve the way they operate. that carry out low value international transactions.”

For his part, the representative of the platform said that the service is leveraged on the high-speed rails of Swift gpi in order to strengthen the capacity of banks to serve their clients of small and medium-sized companies, as well as citizens.

Recker also highlighted the benefits offered by the Swift Ir service by joining the financial channels since it is capable of generating the best experience when sending payments because they are safe, predictable, fast and from the beginning it offers the greatest transparency in commissions. Therefore, he expects the service to continue to strengthen in the world financial market.

According to what was announced by the ruling party and Chavez leader, the purpose is to digitize the payment systems against these accounts, but the transactions will be processed in bolivars and “the conversion is made.”

Maduro pointed out that “the dollarization of trade is a beneficial escape valve” and now those mechanisms of resistance and survival must begin to “pay tribute to the State and the people”.

77% of transactions are done digitally

In his statement, Nicolás Maduro said that “the use of foreign exchange to boost the economy has been positive, dollarization has been an escape valve. It is essential to reaffirm the use of the Bolivar and regulate these new processes to make them more efficient ”.

He stressed that the exchange rate flexibility measures do not imply an abandonment of the bolivar, for which he stressed that “this year the use of the petro will be promoted”; through the implementation of payment methods based on the use of blockchain technology.

Regarding the loss of the value of the bolivar, Maduro denounced that “it is due to the financial blockade and the attack on the currency”, adding that “now there is a sustained recovery process, which combines a partial dollarization of trade, with the digital economy. 77% of the country’s commercial transactions are carried out digitally in Venezuela. The rest, 23% is made with dollars in cash on the street ”.
