<p style="text-align: justify;">Gil detailed the scope of the bilateral economic and political agenda on <em>Telegram,</em> specifying that these <strong>joint development plans</strong> will be formally expanded during the <strong>“fifth joint commission meeting between the two countries, scheduled for November 2026.”</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The Venezuelan official emphasized ongoing <strong>dialogue as a pillar of strategic cooperation</strong> that is highly beneficial to the well-being of both nations.</p>
