El Salvador recently approved the creation, although its launch is still awaited, of Asobitcoin, the association that will aim to guide companies in the Central American country in everything related to cryptocurrency and its adoption.

Nayib Bukele, promoter of the implementation of bitcoin trading in El Salvador, gave the green light to the creation of Asobitcoin, where companies can obtain advice and information from specialists in crypto matters.

Asobitcoin is expected to be the scenario for the exchange of knowledge and experiences for all sectors of society in El Salvador.

According to a press release shared in BeinCrypto, it is “an organization of companies, educators, and individuals focused on promoting the adoption and use of Bitcoin in El Salvador,” with the participation of the public and private sectors.

The association will be directly linked to the National Cryptocurrency Office, also recently created, as well as the Digital Assets Issuance Law in the country.
